Terms of Service

The service

Morning Vibe is a web app for building routines out of timed blocks and running them with a timer. It is provided as is, and we improve and change it over time.

Your account

You can sign in with an email address and password, or with Google. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what happens on your account.

You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you use Morning Vibe for a child, the account is yours.

Free plan and paid plans

The free plan includes one routine with up to five time blocks. Paid plans remove those limits and unlock shareable routine links.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes where required.

• Pro monthly, £2 per month
• Pro yearly, £15 per year
• Lifetime, £40 one time

Billing

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Lifetime is a single payment with no renewal.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription in Settings, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds

Email us within 14 days of a purchase and we will refund it. After 14 days we do not offer refunds for time already used, though you can still cancel to stop future charges.

What lifetime means

A lifetime purchase covers the lifetime of the product, not your own lifetime. If Morning Vibe ever shuts down, the lifetime plan ends with it. We would give notice and a way to export your routines.

Acceptable use

Use Morning Vibe sensibly. Do not do any of the following.

• Break the law, or use the service to harm or harass anyone
• Try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service
• Resell or redistribute the service as your own product
• Upload content you do not have the right to share

No warranty

Morning Vibe is provided without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. Do not rely on it for anything safety critical.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, lost profits or missed appointments. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change is significant we will let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Morning Vibe after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
